This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Website and services, including 1-on-1 therapy sessions and therapist-led Support Circles (group sessions).
TooHeal is for people aged 18 and over. When you book a session or Support Circle you confirm you are 18 or older and consent to us using your information as this policy describes. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your Data Protection Rights”); withdrawing doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew.

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how well our ads work. When you visit our booking page, Meta receives your IP address, browser details, Meta cookies (_fbp/_fbc) and the page address. It also learns which steps you take (choosing a seat, opening the payment, tapping WhatsApp). When you open the payment and when you pay, we send Meta the amount, an anonymous event ID, and your email address, phone number, name and country in scrambled (SHA-256 hashed) form so Meta can match the booking to an ad. We never send Meta your topic, any notes, or anything about your health. Meta may process this information outside India. To opt out of this sharing, email support@tooheal.com; you can also block Meta cookies in your browser.
Booking and payment records are kept for 8 years to meet tax and accounting law. Seat holds, browser details (IP address, browser, cookies) and server logs are deleted after 90 days. Apart from that, we retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking records may be retained for our operational and legal history; you may request deletion as described below, subject to these obligations.
After a Support Circle you may be asked to rate it from 1 to 5 and leave an optional note. Ratings are seen only by the TooHeal team and are used to improve sessions and support our therapists; the therapist sees only an average. Therapists see the first names of members booked into their own circles and any topic a member chose to share with them, never contact details. When you ask us to delete your data, we remove your name, phone number, email address, topic and browser details from your bookings and payments, and keep only the anonymous amounts our accounts require.
TooHeal uses cookies to enhance user experience, analyze usage, and personalize content. You may choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may limit functionality.
TooHeal may use third-party platforms such as video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, described above; never your topic), messaging providers (e.g., WhatsApp), and payment gateways (e.g., Cashfree). These services have their own privacy policies, and TooHeal is not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
